History

Blue Vase Marketing, LLC is a Full Service Turnkey solution for Campaign Management of Direct Response Marketing products. Blue Vase Marketing, LLC was founded in Beverly Massachusetts in February, 2009 by business entrepenuer and Corporate Counselor, Michael Sciucco. To start his business, Michael recruited the talents of other direct response professionals with the promise, "We will be the most powerful and most respected direct response firm in five years." Starting with a small crew of Executives, sales agents and a dozen call center stations, the first calls were received on February 27, 2009. The sales floor quickly grew and capacity was added to the server room. Knowing that the most effective way to manage a campaign is to keep all processes floating under one roof, Blue Vase quickly established a Customer Satisfaction department and Warehouse area.

Blue Vase Marketing is a leader in the direct response world. Our call center is composed of in house, cross trained sales professionals whose ultimate goal is not only to sell product, but sell the value of the product. Our team has perfected their skills in soft-offer sales, call maximization and product continuity.

We have regular Executive meetings and make it a collective team effort to reach our client's specific objectives. Blue Vase Marketing’s sales professionals are lead by a highly experienced management group who have worked in an array of positions from customer satisfaction to information technology and from fulfillment to administration. The success of Blue Vase Marketing is maintained through customer relationship management. We understand the crucial necessity of a cross trained customer satisfaction team. Our customer satisfaction, like our sales professionals, view and study our infomercials, maintain in-depth product knowledge, make sales calls and save sales. The customer satisfaction department operates with the same technology as our sales floor and works towards goals and incentives and does so in a positive and friendly environment.

Fulfillment and Warehouse

The service that we provide at our warehouse is highly efficient. We work Monday through Friday to assure that your customer’s packages are delivered on a timely and cost effective basis. Our warehouse manager oversees all of the shipping and receiving of your product as well as product inspection and count verification. Blue Vase Marketing assures that all customer information is 100% accurate prior to shipping for guaranteed success of delivery. Our warehouse works closely with customer satisfaction to strictly enforce your return and exchange policy, as well as communicating directly with your customers to save sales while minimizing the possibility of additional service issues.

Subscriptions and Continuity

Blue Vase understands the importance of backend revenue. Through subscriptions and monthly replenishment programs, we help our clients keep the customers they attained through direct marketing channels. Blue Vase® fulfills subscriptions for newsletters, continuity offers and multi-pay options. This is just another way that we help strategically maximize our client's returns and establish security. Thus far, our clients have had great success with customer retention through the cohesive programs that we manage for them.
